Time is now TO STOP climate change
A new report by independent scientists shows that if heat-trapping emissions are not significantly reduced, global warming will substantially change the Northeast's character and economy due to rising sea levels, dangerously hot days, and lower crop productivity, among other impacts. However, individuals, businesses and governments have a rich array of strategies to reduce emissions and avoid the most severe consequences of climate change. Click here to read New York-specific information from the report or visit www.climatechoices.org/ne.
